Accredited Family Law Specialist and Director at Queensland based Honan Family Law, Amy Honan is a dedicated and passionate family lawyer. Amy is an active member of the Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland, as well as being a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Family Law Section.
Having worked exclusively in family law since her admission in 2006, Amy became an Accredited Specialist in Family Law in 2013, and spent over 10 years as a volunteer lawyer at Caxton Legal Centre. Amy has been nominated by her peers in the profession as a Leading Family & Divorce Lawyer in the Doyle’s Guide in both 2018 and 2019 and in 2021 as a Leading Parenting & Children’s Matters Lawyers.
Amy’s passion and expertise lies in working with clients to achieve successful outcomes through dispute resolution and mediation without resorting to litigation.
