TWILIGHT SEMINAR / WEBINAR – Magellan matters

Join us on 17 August 2017 for a topical presentation by barrister Jeff Bunning on Magellan matters in the Family Court. Jeff will speak about a variety of topics including discussion of an analysis of recent cases involving allegations of sexual abuse, issues concerning evidence and practical tips for solicitors and Counsel in preparation of these complex cases for the Court.

About Jeff Bunning
Jeff Bunning is a barrister in private practice in Brisbane. He practices exclusively in family law and regularly appears before the Court in cases in which there are allegations made of sexual abuse. He has over 15 years experience and has practised the entirety of his legal career in family law. 

Prior to his call to the bar in 2011, Jeff was a solicitor at a boutique family law firm in Brisbane and specialised in family law, in particular in cases involving children.

Jeff is a former board member of FLPA and has been a long-time volunteer at the Caxton Legal Centre.
