FLPA is proud to join with the Bar Association of Queensland in a practical presentation dealing with the introduction of Practice Direction No. 2 of 2017 – Interim Family Law Proceedings, with effect from 1 January 2018.
Counsel will lead attendees though the new Federal Circuit Court Practice Direction mandating affidavits of no more than 10 pages, and look at the elements of each main cause of action as to what you need to address.
