Lunchtime Webinar - Strahan & Strahan


The webinar, presented by Rebecca Horsley of Counsel, will offer a refresher on the Full Court authority of Strahan & Strahan (Interim Property Orders) (2009) FLC 93-466; [2009] FamCAFC 166 and canvas the more recent Full Court decisions on point, as well as a number of Queensland-based first instance decisions, which have been handed down in the decade since the decision was delivered.
