Lunchtime Webinar - Small Property Pool Cases Pilot

Join us for a topical lunchtime webinar canvassing the new “Small Property Pool Cases Pilot” which is currently being implemented in the Brisbane Registry of the Federal Circuit Court. Registrar Turnbull of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, who is in charge of implementing the small claims property pilot, will be presenting to FLPA members and covering issues such as the structure and goals of the Pilot, the Court’s expectations, and what parties and practitioners can anticipate when appearing at this type of listing.
