Join us for a Twilight presented by Craig Coulsen, a well-known barrister who appears across many jurisdictions but is best known as an insolvency and corporations law specialist. He is also well known to many in the Family Law jurisdiction, often appearing in property matters involving complex business or trust structures. Craig has a long experience in taxation appeal and recovery matters and is well placed to comment on the Ellison v. Sandini and explain how the full Federal Court came to its conclusion and more importantly, identify the consequences for everyday practice when dealing with property adjustment orders.
