Extended FLPA Twilight Seminar/Webinar & Drinks - Advocacy in the Courtroom
Join us for an extended twilight seminar/webinar where Dr Jacoba Brasch of Queen’s Counsel and Rebecca Horsley of Counsel will be presenting and undertaking a mock urgent interim parenting hearing, before The Honourable Justice Baumann as acting Judge.
The mock court documents will be released to participants prior so that the issues can be known and considered in advanced.
This informative mock hearing will include an urgent oral family report by a Family Consultant. An event on the Professional Development calendar not to be missed.
When: Thursday, 5 November 2020, 4.00pm to 7.00pm, with a break for refreshments. Drinks and canapes will be served from 7.00pm to 9.00pm.
Where: Victoria Park Golf Club and via webinar.
