Lunchtime Webinar - Getting lift-off with your first Arbitration

Curious about arbitration?  Have questions before you take the plunge in your first arbitration?  Well, barristers Shanna Quinn and Peter Baston, and the Hon. Michelle May QC, are here to arm you with all the information you need.  In this hour-long Lunchbox session, which is provided by FLPA free to its members, these experienced practitioners and arbitrators will take you through:-

• Types of arbitration;
• How to assess if your case is right for arbitration;
• How to get into arbitration (on a consent basis, and from litigation);
• Different arbitration options;
• Choosing an arbitrator
• Preparing for and advancing an arbitration;
• The arbitration hearing;
• Arbitration awards, and getting them registered;

as well as other tips things to look out for. This session will be streamed to members, so have lunch at your desk ready to kick off at 12 noon.
