The 2021 Judge Middleton Series - Part Two
The Family Law Practitioners Association is pleased to present part two of our extended Twilight Series facilitated by Judge Middleton of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and barrister, Jeff Bunning. The extended Twilight Series is designed to assist family law practitioners, of all levels of experience, with preparation for and advocacy in court.
Interim parenting matters and issues of risk and domestic violence
Join us for our second session, where Judge Middleton and Jeff Bunning will provide guidance to practitioners about preparation and advocacy in parenting matters generally and those involving issues of risk and domestic violence.

CPD: Rule 48(2) of the Queensland Law Society Administration Rule 2005 and the Bar Association of Queensland CPD Policy permit, on a self-assessment basis, the treatment of attendance at a conference as a CPD activity at the rate of 1 CPD point per 1 hour of attendance (excluding refreshment breaks).
