The recent implementation of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia has brought about significant changes in family law not seen for over two decades.

Please join FLPA for a Twilight seminar regarding the new legislation and practice directions to dissect what this means for professionals practising in family law.

Lead by James Steel, Principal of Barry.Nilsson.Lawyers and Accredited Family Law Specialist, and Madeleine Murphy, Barrister-at-Law, this session promises to be both practical and informative.  Participants will be taken through a range of scenarios to gain a better understanding of how the new legislation applies to family law cases, and be equipped to assist not only clients to fulfil their obligations, but practitioners themselves.  A session not to be missed.
