Advocacy Workshop

Join us for an Advocacy Workshop with The Honourable Justice Carew (Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1)), her Honour Judge Firth (Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2)), Mr Michael Drysdale of Queens Counsel, Mr Michael Alexander of Counsel and Mr Bruce Dodd of Counsel. The session will cover how the experts prepare for an interim hearing, a mock hearing, top tips on what to do and what not to do.

Involving both property (third party) and parenting issues, some of an urgent nature, this workshop is not one to be missed for all practitioners from early career to the well-seasoned.

The mock court documents will be released to participants prior so that the issues can be known and considered in advanced.

When: Friday 3 June 2022, 2.00pm to 5.00pm, with a break for refreshments, followed by light snacks and more refreshments

Where: Alice Room, Cloudland, 641 Ann St, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006.

Cost: FLPA Members $109 and Non-FLPA Members $139
