FLPA Celebration of appointment of the Honourable Justice Jacoba Brasch
The Family Law Practitioners Association invites you to join with us to celebrate the recent appointment of the Honourable Justice Brasch to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1).
Those in attendance will have the opportunity to hear from her Honour regarding the establishment of the new Critical Incident List which commenced on 6 June 2022 and was established as a fast-tracked process to help families who need to make arrangements for children where no parent is available as a result of death, critical injury, or incarceration relating to family violence.

CPD: Rule 48(2) of the Queensland Law Society Administration Rule 2005 and the Bar Association of Queensland CPD Policy permit, on a self-assessment basis, the treatment of attendance at a conference as a CPD activity at the rate of 1 CPD point per 1 hour of attendance (excluding refreshment breaks).
