Parenting Coordination (PC): A View from the Bench and Practitioner

Parenting coordination is a process designed to assist parents to implement parenting agreements and orders through case management, education, dispute resolution and co-parenting/communication assistance. The process can be of benefit to families at different stages of their parenting disputes. It is a process that is becoming more readily adopted by the court and family lawyers should know and understand the process and be able to advise their clients accordingly.

The Family Law Practitioners Association is pleased to host His Honour Judge Middleton of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) and Parenting Coordinator, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Nationally Accredited Mediator, Dr Anne Purcell and Parenting Coordinator, Family Law Accredited Specialist, Collaborative Lawyer, Nationally Accredited Mediator and Arbitrator, Cassandra Pullos who will present on parenting coordination: what you need to know, how the process is evolving and being of assistance to families and practitioners as a child focused process to build effective systems to adhere to court orders and implement parenting agreements.
